Marg E Wafa Episode 10 Review: Hiba Faces Emotional Pressure as Azar Re-Enters Her Life
The tenth episode of Marg E Wafa officially hit airwaves on the HUM TV network today (July 1, 2026), and like previous episodes, this one had an abundance of family drama, monetary issues and complications with romantic relations. This series continues to build an emotionally layered narrative on themes such as love, sacrifice and social pressures through the lens of the bestselling novel of the same name by author Amna Riaz.
Episode 10 focused primarily on Hiba's emotional breakdown, increased pressure to meet their respective financial obligations and how the upcoming return of Azar could alter the plot in subsequent episodes.
What Happened in Marg E Wafa Episode 10?
In Episode 10, several emotionally poignant moments helped to push the story's momentum forward and add depth to the conflict among its protagonists. Another key element in this episode tied directly to Hiba and Hassan's relationship.
Hiba continues to defend her long-distance relationship with Hassan despite growing pressure from family members. In Hiba's mind, the distance between her and Hassan is simply a temporary hardship; she maintains that their bond has not changed due to the geography separating them.
Still, doubts are starting to creep into Hiba's mind. Her family members are openly questioning Hassan’s commitment to their relationship, putting Hiba under tremendous emotional stress. The family's questions also create doubt in Hiba's mind about whether Hassan is truly committed to her or whether she is simply trying to ignore any signs of issues with the relationship because of her love for him.
In terms of Hiba's emotional struggle, it appears to be very real; she would like to have faith in the relationship despite the ongoing outside pressures that are causing her to find it very difficult to do so.
Financial Pressure Creates New Tension
In Episode 10 serious financial pressure was introduced as well. A loan taken out (on behalf of Hiba) from the bank and secured under her official title is being called into question when the monthly installment due was not paid. The household becomes increasingly stressed out due to constant phone calls and increasing demands for payment. This subplot adds another level of stress to Hiba.
In addition to dealing with her many emotional struggles she also becomes weighed down by the financial responsibility. The unpaid loan represents how outside stress on a relationship (it's really more like "participation in a relationship") can quickly cause instability within an already weak relationship. Money is generally the thing that exposes hidden weaknesses in families; this episode portrayed that perfectly.
Hiba Faces Harsh Societal Taunts
I believe that the reality of Hiba's emotional strain in episode 10 due to social norms was the hardest thing to watch. She is ridiculed and bullied over her single status but instead of being supported, she is shamed, judged, and pressured to settle for the happiness of others - instead of her own - and find common ground with society’s expectations.
The drama demonstrates the emotional weight that comes with continuous judgement from society for women and the difficult pressures they experience regarding marriage, age and life choices. Ultimately, she has become the focus of everyone’s anger and frustration, which has created an enormous amount of pressure on her and forced her to the brink of breaking.
These scenes resonated with audiences on such a deep level because they represent a painful social reality that too many women live with every day.
Azar’s Return Changes Everything
Azar’s return to the series was one of the most exciting moments in the tenth episode of the show.
The moment when Hiba and Azar finally met was very emotional for both characters and completely shifted the mood of the series.
Azar coming back created a lot of uncertainty for the future of Hiba and Azar’s relationship, as well as the possibility of old feelings coming back or if his presence will make her relationship with Hassan more complicated than before.
This one moment was a building block for some of the biggest plot twists of the remainder of the series.
Mirza Zain Baig has done an excellent job of portraying intensity for Azar and will add to the significance of his return.
