Azan Sami Khan and Komal Meer’s “Ae Dil” Starts Today on ARY Digital

The most anticipated drama Ae Dil is finally here. The first episode of drama will air today on ARY Digital, replacing the popular drama Bismil, and will air every Wednesday and Thursday at 8:00 PM.

The drama Ae Dil is directed by Ahmed Bhatti written by Misbah Nosheen and is presented by idream Entertainment. The drama features a talented cast of Azan Sami Khan, Komal Meer, Gohar Rasheed, Hina Chaudhary, Saad Qureshi, Sania Saeed, Saba Hameed, and Mahmood Aslam.

Azan Sami Khan plays the role of Roham who is a very positive guy, full of love and commitment towards his love while Komar Meer plays the character of Maleeha who is all about grace and resilience while Gohar Rasheed plays a negative role.

The story is about a young couple facing challenges in love, the wrong decisions they make, and the long-term consequences of those choices in their lives.

Azan Sami Khan and Komal Meer recently appeared on Nida Yasir’s morning show to promote their drama. They shared with viewers why they chose this script and talked about the importance of the on-screen chemistry between the main leads.

Here is what Azan Sami Khan said: “The script is exciting. It has newness to it, but the reason why I chose this script is because of the main lead character, Roham, who is a perfectly balanced guy. So, the guys should see this drama because they will get to know how modern-day husbands should behave, and our girls should also watch this drama because they should know what kind of a person is important for them. Roham is very caring toward his in-laws too. He is a strong person who will set an example as a husband.”

Komal Meer further added to Azan’s response “It’s a story about a young couple facing challenges, and Azan is playing a very positive character.”

Talking about the chemistry between the on-screen couple, Azan said “It is important to get along with each other because otherwise, you can’t deliver good performances. The friendship between the main leads is so important because it is very unromantic to shoot those romantic scenes without developing a comfort level with your co-star.”

After watching the trailer of the drama and listening to the views of the main leads in interviews, fans have very high expectations from this drama and can’t wait to see the chemistry between Komal Meer and Azan Sami Khan.
